Uncomfortable, tough, but important conversations

Given the current events in the last few weeks, we have been having very complex and difficult conversations with ourselves, our families, and friends. Pertaining to two important topics. Racial equalities and police brutality. But the racial equalities didn't begin with recent tragedies in recent months. It became to unravel even more so during the global pandemic about how different minorities of how they fair during this difficult time. Especially within the black community with economic issues, health, and unemployment. This will also touch the Latino community. I realize with me having these types of conversations with my mother and sister, we all see these issues differently pertaining to the different generations. But we all dream of systematic change we all have one part in a society that we have control over which is our voices and our vote. We must carry over into the 2020 elections to combat these long-standing issues.
